   I’m not particularly fond of fur myself, but I also don’t overreact and freak out about those that do. The ‘lowest scum of the earth’? Give me a break. Are you so completely naive that you really think someone who wears fur is the biggest evildoer on Earth?

   Rayne, I’m sure you own something made from some part of an animal, likewise I’d be very surprised if you were a vegan. What gives you the right to eat those poor animals? What gives you the right to wear/use things made of animals? I can’t believe you think it’s ok to eat something dead. Get it?

   Everyone is affected by different causes. Just because fur bothers you, doesn’t mean that people who are ok with it are scum. Think more, talk less.

   i love my leather boots.
   i have a jacket that has fake fur on the collar that looks real, i had that on one day and a guy selling meat kabobs on a street corner yelled at me “HEY, is that real fur?” even though it wasn’t i yelled back “HEY, is that real meat?” … people need to think before they pass judgment on others.

   Hey Erik, you rock! It is my decision to wear fur, as much as it is your decision not to. As human beings we have that right. Now you might be saying, “well how would you like it…..” or ” you have no right….” Just stop! You are not going to change the world! For all of you who have a problem with us fur weares, let me ask you this….. Are you pro choice? That is another very touchy subject, correct? I guess what I am trying to get across is that regardless of someone else’s choice’s in life, it doesn’t change what kind of a person they are. If you wear fur it doesn’t make you a bad person and if you are pro choice or not, it doesn’t make you Satan himself. All the negative comments that are coming….Save them!

    It is not a person’s right to wear fur..simply because the animal didn’t have a voice or choice in the matter. If they had a voice and said yes take me..this would have been different. Animals exist for themselves not for us to skin them alive and take their (yes) fur coat..how would you feel if you were skinned alive and someone took your skin for a coat..what arrogance..I feel that nature is repaying us by what’s happening in the world today and people just don’t get it and are so selfish..humans are the most selfish species on the planet, to even think animals exist to serve us..we are here to look after and protect them because they are innocent

    I were never fond of defending animal rights in a really intense way(sorry for my bad english i am spanish)i just would never hurt any animals like cats or dog,but i am eating a meat and stuff like that.Until one day,i saw i think it was on TV the trade of dog,cat,and other animals fur in Thailand,or some country like that i don’t remember and i was more than shocked.Cat and dogs skinned,boiled in hot water alive,you could see them still breathing while that kind of so-called human being was trying to finish them but not until..an hour.It was HORRIFYNG.If I was there i would get a gun anf kill all the people present there.So You People who think You HAVE the RIGHT TO WEAR FUR,JUST GO AND F*** YOU!Yes it’s good to defend childern,but it’s alaways easier to say,yeah cats&dogs&and other animals used in fur indusrty they aren’t like us,they don’t understand us,why not playing with them like we wish,NO!They hurt ,they suffer in silence and the fact that humans are stronger and can dominate them is only a miserable excuse.FAKE FUR EXIST!Take advantage on this!

WOW, hmm now that doesnt sound like fun to me! must be pretty painful to die like that! but then YES life can be painful.

    NEWS FLASH: people have gall bladders for a reason, ever wonder why a horse does not have one and we do? We EAT meat, and they do NOT. the human is adapted to eat BOTH Plants and Meat. Hence the Canines. FUR is a CHOICE, MEAT is a CHOICE. if you dont like fur DONT WEAR IT. don’t like meat? DON’T EAT IT. for all the PETA/Fur natzis…i hope you dont ever relize that plants have feelings too….then you would just be SOL.

    Priorities. Learn the word it would do you a lot of good as yours in particular are skewered.     Priorities exactly! So the world is an evil place- there are wars, terrorism, murder, racism, starvation, poverty, rapes and child/animal abuse. I dont see why everything cant just live in harmony.
    Isnt there enough evil in the world without adding fur to it? Like if all the peolpe who bought fur coats gave their moeny on charity wouldnt the world be a better place (even if it only means a family in Africa has enough food for a week?) As people have said humans are more important than animals shouldnt the mone be spent on them? I think that everything wrong that happens in the world is down to humans. Animals are innocent, we should respect them, just like we would respect a child or a disabled person.
    Think about it lions and tigers were created with large fangs and claws to kill their prey- its how they survive.
    People were created and evolved to invent things to survive like knives (stone age) and then go on to make cars, planes ect. Humans have not adapted to have claws to kill or hurt ANY living thing.
    If animals were ours to expliot and God/the earth intended us to do so, wouldnt they be made feelingless (so they cant feel pain). Why would God want his creatures to suffer? (i am not particularly religeous just giving an example)
    I would just like to say that i dont eat meat or wear leather/fur/wool. (i used to until i saw what goes on behind closed doors.)
    Simply because i think that its wrong for an animal to suffer for me if i dont need it to. I DONT NEED animal products fur or meat, I cna survive without it, so basically i wont wear/eat it. Also i think its terrible what animal have to go through and the suffering they indure. Thats just my opinion!

    i was just tlkin to my brother about this stuff.You people are so right!Animals are poor and inniocent.They shound not be worn or hurt and anybody who does wear furs go rot in hell you sons of bitches!These animals are tourchered and are helpless.I never knew what horrible things that people do to animals.Danm they’re sooo selfish.I watched a video on a girl’s myspace and it showed what they do to animals just to get their pretty furs.I couldn’t watch.I was a raccoon and they tied it up to a board and beat it and cut it wide open while still alive.It was terrible.I wish i could do something to help…any suggestions?They have no right to hurt any living animal and it’s even horrible to eat animals too!I’m glad there’s people like you all who care deeply and for that i thank all of you.I wish everybody else felt the same way!Luv ya(and animals LOL)!

    I for one is a huge mary fan and i feel that wearing fur is wrong. I love Mary music but someone should show her a video of what happens to those poor animals and that will probably change her mind. I totally disagree with throwing paint at people who wear fur coats, because they are simply unaware so they just need to be enlightened. here is an idea….. at an award show where all of the celebs come dressed and ook their best they should show a video of animals being tortured for their fur coats.     PETA kills 90% of all the animals they ’save’ from the ‘horrible’ pet owners they steal them from. The president of PETA has even stated that it is “more expensive to care for the animals than to kill them”.

    So instead of spending the money to help the animals, they are spending it on red paint to throw at MJB.
