TaNinaBigFan makes an important point that so much of the anti-fur fanaticism culminated around the time that African American women in numbers began wearing furs. The animal “rights” cult also began around the time African Americans became more visable in media and other fields. Indeed, this cult sees itself as an extension of the Civil Rights Movement of the ’60’s, but I find that relationship offensive. Indeed, the animal cult gives clueless “activists” with empty, purposeless lives opportunities to get involved with a movement whose “oppressed” cannot tell them to “f*ck-off” as minority groups did when they tried to become too controlling. Many of these “animalistas” are misanthropic racists to begin with and fit right in with some other animal-lovers from mid-twentieth century history: the Nazis. Nazi Germany was the first modern state to grant “rights” to animals. Hitler and SS Reichsfuehrer Heinrich Himmler, among others, were both vegetarians and Nazi rhetoric often made over the natural affinity Germans had for animals as opposed to the supposed “Jewish” trait of animal cruelty characterized by Kosher slaughter and vivisection. We can see where this ultimately led: human experimentation and extermination, and consider that many of today’s “animalistas” feel that human experimentation is just dandy, that there are too many people on the planet crowding out needed space for animals (wild, not domestic;they hate the latter), and who express an ugly willingness to harm or torture their fellow man, especially those who don’t agree with their “religion” of animal “rights”. The Nazis were also basically anti-fashion as well, calling it “bourgeois” and “lacking the spirit of National Socialism”. It does not surprise me that these twisted freaks who consider themselves more “compassionate” and more “evolved” (more Nazi kinship here!) threaten those of us like Mary J., Jlo, and others who love to wear fur. Most of these anti-fur types are ugly, angry and jealous, simply filled with spite and hateful of their own inadequacy in finances, appearance, and the like. “How DARE a Black person flaunt their success in MY face!!!” they probably say. “They’re being ‘UPPITY’, and we KNOW how to handle ‘uppity’ Blacks!”. They are simply part of the lynch mob heritage of this society as well as the Nazi continuum. Go figure.

PETA kills 90% of all the animals they ’save’ from the ‘horrible’ pet owners they steal them from. The president of PETA has even stated that it is “more expensive to care for the animals than to kill them”.

So instead of spending the money to help the animals, they are spending it on red paint to throw at MJB.

Do you know that food produced from animals from Factory Farms have been linked to the growth of cancers, mental illness and other diseases in America? No none of you idiots do your home work on how animals that produce the steaks and chops that are consumed are produced – you are too busy being concerned about rodents, cats and dogs. The food your children consume is not important only the life of animals. I question the sincerity of white people who want to do harm to African Americans just because they are wearing fur – is this unlying rage your cover up for your hatrd of African Americans?

i was just tlkin to my brother about this stuff.You people are so right!Animals are poor and inniocent.They shound not be worn or hurt and anybody who does wear furs go rot in hell you sons of bitches!These animals are tourchered and are helpless.I never knew what horrible things that people do to animals.Danm they’re sooo selfish.I watched a video on a girl’s myspace and it showed what they do to animals just to get their pretty furs.I couldn’t watch.I was a raccoon and they tied it up to a board and beat it and cut it wide open while still alive.It was terrible.I wish i could do something to help…any suggestions?They have no right to hurt any living animal and it’s even horrible to eat animals too!I’m glad there’s people like you all who care deeply and for that i thank all of you.I wish everybody else felt the same way!Luv ya(and animals LOL)!

Priorities exactly! So the world is an evil place- there are wars, terrorism, murder, racism, starvation, poverty, rapes and child/animal abuse. I dont see why everything cant just live in harmony.
Isnt there enough evil in the world without adding fur to it? Like if all the peolpe who bought fur coats gave their moeny on charity wouldnt the world be a better place (even if it only means a family in Africa has enough food for a week?) As people have said humans are more important than animals shouldnt the mone be spent on them? I think that everything wrong that happens in the world is down to humans. Animals are innocent, we should respect them, just like we would respect a child or a disabled person.
Think about it lions and tigers were created with large fangs and claws to kill their prey- its how they survive.
People were created and evolved to invent things to survive like knives (stone age) and then go on to make cars, planes ect. Humans have not adapted to have claws to kill or hurt ANY living thing.
If animals were ours to expliot and God/the earth intended us to do so, wouldnt they be made feelingless (so they cant feel pain). Why would God want his creatures to suffer? (i am not particularly religeous just giving an example)
I would just like to say that i dont eat meat or wear leather/fur/wool. (i used to until i saw what goes on behind closed doors.)
Simply because i think that its wrong for an animal to suffer for me if i dont need it to. I DONT NEED animal products fur or meat, I cna survive without it, so basically i wont wear/eat it. Also i think its terrible what animal have to go through and the suffering they indure. Thats just my opinion!
