I bet this sandwich has more meat than she has on the entire body. Honestly I wish the world could stop with this craziness so people will stop actually thinking that being anorexic is cool. Maybe I’m asking too much. I doubt anything will change.
The good thing tho is that Nicole started eating again. Picture itself is worth a thousand words.

Not to mention……eating one sandwich a day would be insufficient food for a CHILD, let alone an adult. I will believe that she is eating once she gains some weight. As long as she remains famous for being anorexic (and doesn’t get sick), this epidemic will continue.
