Another DUI bust, Nicole Richie latest victim
TMZ just found out that Nicole Richie got arrested early Monday morning, around 4:50 AM and was released around 7:15 AM this morning.
Apparently two motorists spotted her SUV going the wrong way 134 Freeway in Burbank and called 911.
Police told TMZ Nicole wasn’t under any alcohol influence but was smoking the pot and personally admitted taking Vicodin the night before.
This is not the first time Nicole was caught with substance abuse. Back in 2003 she pled guilty for heroine possession but the charges were dropped after she completed the terms of her probation.
For all of you who desperately wanted to see that mug shot, I have to disappointed you, there won’t be one, unless some paparazzi decide to bribe some cop in which case I’ll be happy to show it to y’all.
UPDATE: Turns out there is Nicole's mug shot, the thing is when the story got out, TMZ confirmed that police made it pretty clear there won't be any mug shots. I'm not sure if there was some bribing involved or they just decided to release one, either way we all get to see it.

Nicole Ritchie needs to come down to earth and give her life to the Lord Jesus. The way she is going, she may end up dead, like Anna Nicole Smith, or perhaps even kill someone else.
My message to all her fans out there: Only a relationship with God can heal her. No amount of wealth, fame, accolades and materialistic endeavors will be enough to fill up that inner void.
