Just because some celebs couldn’t control their drinking habits and had to wear alcohol monitor, it doesn’t mean ankle wallet should be considered as chic. In any case Chanel thinks it’s cool and had all their models wear them down the runway at Paris fashion week. So who am I to judge if this is chic or not, if Chanel says it is than it has to be, right?
