Vince Vaughn is making it clear that he's still devoted to Jennifer Aniston: He's threatening to sue several tabloid newspapers that alleged he was seen kissing a "mystery blonde" and had ended his relationship with Aniston.
In a statement released by the London law firm Schillings, Vaughn – described by his attorneys as the "Hollywood actor, also known for being the partner of Jennifer Aniston" – is said to be filing a "legal complaint" against "The Sun and Daily Mirror newspapers … and the New York Post."
Vaughn complains that papers "published allegations that he was caught kissing a mystery blonde whilst attending a charity event on Sunday -Oct. 8- at London's Old Vic theatre. Mr Vaughn will say that the articles suggested that he was unfaithful to Ms Aniston, with whom he had allegedly ended his relationship only a week before."
The statement continues, "Ms. Aniston and Mr. Vaughn had not ended their relationship either at the material time or since. … The suggestion that he was having a passionate embrace and kiss, or has ever been unfaithful to Ms. Aniston, are false."
According to the statement from Vaughn's attorneys, "The case is expected to go to jury trial in London's High Court in 2007, if it does not settle earlier."

If I remember correctly she wasn’t with him in the first place, remember all the denying? In fact she made it pretty clear that Vince and she are “still on.” and she are “still on.”
According to audience member Margaret Stent, Aniston also said that she hadn't gotten breast implants, as one tabloid recently reported, explaining that when she gains weight, it goes to her chest.
Before the taping, Winfrey and Jenn had dinner at the upscale French and Asian restaurant Japonais – which Aniston and Vaughn frequented while they were in Chicago filming The Break-Up in summer 2005.

While some parents want their children to be a doctor or a lawyer, Dina Lohan wants her daughter Lindsay Lohan to be like Angie, when she grows up. Some high hopes this woman has. Lindsay is nowhere near Angie nor will she ever be.
Despite Lindsay's many health-related issues – including several trips to the hospital for exhaustion, dehydration and asthma attacks – Dina is convinced she has what it takes.

Hilary Duff claims in court documents that she fears for her life, alleging she and her boyfriend are being stalked by two men — one a paparazzi and the other a homeless man.
Madden claim that a 19-year-old Russian émigré came to the United States "for the sole purpose of meeting and becoming romantically involved Hilary.
The court documents state the man, whose first name is Max, "admitted to being 'obsessed' with her, has stated his intention of 'removing' his 'enemies' (i.e., those who prevent him from being with her), has stated his intention of purchasing a weapon, and has threatened to kill himself and to engage in dramatic actions to get her attention."
According to the documents, Max "has stated his belief that Hilary is in love with him and that Joel Madden stands in their way."
The court documents also claim David Joseph Klein, a 50-year-old celebrity photographer who is roommates with Max, is also a threat.
The documents state, "Over the past six weeks, the defendants have engaged in an accelerated effort to make contact with Hilary, including visits to her neighborhood, to her mother's home, to her boyfriend's neighborhood … to Mr. Madden's concert venue, and direct calls to Hilary's manager."
According to the documents, the police detained Max at least once at one of Madden's concerts and questioned Klein at the same event.
The stars are requesting a judge to order Max and David Joseph Klein to stay at least 100 yards away from Hilary Duff, her sister Haylie, Joel Madden and his twin brother Benji.

Either Michael has a fetish for dressing up as a woman or he just discovered new disguise tool for celebrities, change your sex and be invisible in public. If that’s the case than this is not working at all, I mean everybody knew it was Jacko, so I guess this leaves us to the first conclusion. Jacko likes wearing high heals and dresses.
I wonder what his little girl was thinking about while daddy was wearing high heals? I bet his explanation was something like:
“Daddy has to make himself invisible, you know, so people won’t bother us honey. Don’t I look pretty? If you want daddy will do you make up?”
I thought that incident in January, when he was caught all dressed up in an abaya (traditional dress for Muslim woman) Bahrain, was one time thing. I thought ok so what, he entered woman’s bathroom by mistake, and besides we all know he wears make up on a daily basis, so catching Michael in woman’s toilet while he was applying make up wasn’t so dramatic to me. At the time, I have to say. But this now, puts a different spin to all this. I’m starting to think that wasn’t an incident at all. I mean how else could you explain this?
