Extra caught up with Kevin Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, last night and got his reaction to Britney Spears’ failure to show up for the court-ordered deposition because of illness. Kaplan didn’t buy the excuse, saying,

“It’s not like the 4th grade where you get a doctor’s note and it’s all okay…I’m not mad. I can go on with or without her.”

Kaplan’s only goal is to settle the child custody battle between his client and Spears, saying,

“If you don’t obey a court order, you can be held in contempt…We’re not really interested in punishing her [Spears]…We’re interested in getting facts and information that are inconsistent with her position or consistent with my client’s position.
 
Kevin would like the children to be able to experience Christmas, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day with both himself, as well as their mom, and arrangements have been made for a schedule we believe will accommodate them.”

This kid is barely one and already topping off the Forbes list, man some people are really just that lucky. She was voted for the Most Influential Infant in pop culture. DUH, she’s part of the Brangelina’s clan. Still, not fair, this baby started earning mucho dineros even before she was born.

It looks like 'Blonde Ambition’ will be heading to theaters after all. It was previously reported by US  that it would be released on DVD on January 22. Not according to People, they are reporting that the film will come out in limited release on December 21.

Elizabeth Wolfe,  a spokesperson for Nu Image/Millennium Films and First Look Distribution, says,

"It is being released in this crowded marketplace in eight theaters in Texas. The reason we chose Texas is the two stars are from Texas: Jessica Simpson and Luke Wilson. As an independent studio, we, as a rule, don't have major wide releases. It's a very common release practice for independent studios."

Charges against 'Transformers' star SHIA LABEOUF were dropped Wednesday, stemming from his arrest in early November for "criminal trespassing" at a Walgreens store. Walgreens decided not to pursue the misdemeanor charges against Shia afterall.

"According to clerk office records the case against Shia Labeouf was ruled as an S.O.L (stricken off leave.), which means it was dismissed or dropped," a Chicago court public information officer tells ET. At the time of his arrest, cops said the young star was "very courteous and polite."
