The divorce settlement between Heather Mills and Paul McCartney is getting messier. just one day after a divorce settlement meeting in London with ex Paul McCartney, Mills has turned down his $100 million offer (including an annual income for daughter Beatrice, 3) because he wanted her to sign a gag order banning her from speaking about their failed marriage.

"They won't be sitting down for any more talks about this settlement," a source says. "It's going straight to High Court now."

A five-day hearing is set for February.

"Heather actually said she would take half the money [Paul was offering] if Paul didn't include the gag, but he wasn't having it," the source says, adding that McCartney had heard of Mills' plans to pen a tell-all and "didn't want their dirty laundry being aired."

A little over a month, Maddox Jolie-Pitt, had his last day at his $18,000-a-year Lycee Francais de New York in NYC yesterday, walking out with a goodbye card as a souvenir as mom Angelina Jolie escorted him home.

Tori Spelling stepped out during New York Fashion Week, onlookers assumed her amazing mommy makeover involved a few nips and tucks. But Tori tells Life & Style that since the birth of son Liam, now 7 months old, she hasn’t taken any surgical shortcuts to regain her hot body! Yeah right.

“It all happened from my NutriSystem diet,” says Tori, 34, who receives the program’s daily deliveries of breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. And keeping focused has been key. Pal Bill Horn says that over Labor Day weekend while her friends ordered french fries and cheeseburgers, “Tori whipped out her packaged NutriSystem snacks — she didn’t have a single french fry!”

Meanwhile, Janet Jackson trimmed her middle — again! She appeared on the red carpet at the Oct. 4 premiere of Why Did I Get Married? with a tiny tiny waist!

On the other note, Courtney Love insists her new body is the result of dieting. But Dr. Michael Salzhauer points out a classic sign of aggressive liposuction: “The waviness on the left side of her abdomen gives it away.”

Some tabloids have been reporting for the past couple of days about a possible reunion with Angie and her father John Voight this weekend. Falls alarm folks! Us Magazine dig up on that rumor and it turns out Angie is still not ready to forgive her father and there won’t be reunions of any kind.

Voight’s rep said, “It’s all a mistake. They didn’t see each other all weekend.”

Jen and Owen should begin work on a new comedy together later this year. The film, an adaptation of the best selling novel, Marley & Me and has been put on hold until next year by which time producers hope Owen will have made a full recovery.

Lindsay is celebrating her release from rehab by stepping out with a new guy. The guy in question is snowboarder Riley Giles who she’s said to have met while in rehab at Cirque Lodge in Utah. But that’s not all! Lindsay also said she’s done with partying, drinking and that she would like to settle down. Settle down?!! Does it mean she’ll pull out Nicole Richie settling down?

"I just want to apologise to any of my fans that look up to me, especially my younger fans, for setting the examples that I didn’t mean to set. That's one of the reasons that I want to change things. I don’t want to be known as that person. Maybe me not going out as much will help. I want to do what’s right for my family as well as what is right for me.”

If rumours are to be believed Simon Cowell’s X Factor has pulled off a huge coup and signed pop loon Michael Jackson to appear as a mentor on the show this December.

Has he learned nothing Paris and Nicole? Everyone knows being a celebrity isn't enough to get off driving offences in Los Angeles any more. Normally, a judge will take a lenient view if a defendant admits blame, but this was Kiefer's fourth driving charge and it meant the court was always going to take a harsh line with him.

"Kiefer will do 18 days for the probation violation, surrendering December 21. He will serve an additional 30 days for the current DUI and must complete that sentence by July 1," an official said. The Mean Girls star has described rehab as a humbling experience: “It was hard surrendering and having people tell me what to do. I liked how I was treated as a normal person. I had to look out for myself. I kept the common areas clean. I liked making coffee for the gym the best. Everything happens for a reason and I am in the right place now. I just want to apologise to any of my fans that look up to me, especially my younger fans, for setting the examples that I didn’t mean to set. That is one of the reasons that I want to change things. I don’t want to be known as that person. Maybe me not going out as much will help. I want to do what’s right for my family as well as what is right for me.
