According to late news, actress Katie Holmes has decided to quit the role in a new movie, because she wants to concentrate on her pregnancy.
Holmes, who announced last week that she and her fiancée, superstar Tom Cruise, are expecting a child after only three months of engagement, decided it would be best for her baby’s health (and her own) if she will pull out from the new movie ‘Shame On You’, directed by veteran actor Dennis Quaid.
According to America’s People magazine, Katie’s former ‘Dawson’s Creek’ co-star Oliver Hudson has declared that he’s not surprised by the actress’ decision, because she has always been a “nurturer’.
He said: "She’s a nurturer. She wouldn’t be having a baby if she wasn’t ready".
Earlier this week, it was rumored that Holmes is more than 3 months pregnant, as it was first presumed in the media.
Katie, 27, and her lover Tom, 41, were photographer during the weekend walking in a Los Angeles park and it appears the actress has a really big tummy, which indicates she is more than 12 weeks pregnant.
