As tPC has previously reported, Brad Pitt has been talking to his ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston, on the phone frequently in recent weeks. So it wasn’t all that surprising to hear that, just a few days before Christmas, Jen decided to give Brad a call.
According to In Touch, Jennifer dialed Brad’s cell phone, but she reportedly didn’t get the party she was looking for. Angelina Jolie answered the phone.
Aniston maintained her composure as she chatted with Angelina and they had a short and strained — conversation for the first time since Jen split from Brad.
For Angelina, the call was not a pleasant surprise but it did break the ice that eventually led Angelina to call and tell Jennifer that she was pregnant with Brad Pitt’s child, according to FOX news.
Angelina is all about Karma and wanted to clear the air. The call was reportedly a tearful one reports Life & Style magazine.
