Paris Hilton will be in court later this month after being slapped with a $10 million lawsuit for slander and harassment. The lawsuit comes after she had a run-in over the summer in a London nightclub with Zeta Graff, the woman who dated her ex-fiance Paris Latsis before her.
She is also accused of badmouthing a business promoter. Graff is seeking the $10 million in damages after a story appeared in the New York Post that Hilton supposedly had planted in the newspaper by her publicist. The paper had reported that Graff went "berserk" at the nightclub and attempted to strangle Hilton and steal her diamond necklace. Graff denies all of it and claims Hilton said, "I’m going to destroy you."
