Kirstie Alley joined Scientology to kick a cocaine habit. Then she wanted to apply the same principles to her food addiction. Turns out it doesn’t work anymore. Frustrated she was forced to seek advice from weight-loss expert Jenny Craig to help her shed her fat. At least she started thinking like normal people.
You can actually find her weight loss blog on the net and see how she did it. Let’s see for how long. Here is the link: http://www.jennycraig.com/kirstie/
Kirstie actually thought that 220 pounds makes her better mother?! I would think you’re giving a bad example to your kids.
"It was different in that I developed a nutty attitude where I’d think, ‘If some guy really loves me, he doesn’t care if I’m fat.’ Or, ‘To be a good mother, you’ve got to cook and eat the food you give your kids.’ "I’d come up with all these stupid justifications and reasons why it would
be okay to be fat."
Thanks to Jenny she is back to 1500 calories a day and lost a lot of weight. No need for using crazy religious technique for loosing weight. Does this mean the consequences of Scientology brain washing are history?
p.s. I would like to recommend Jenny to Britney before she becomes like Kirstie in the old days.
