I was always saying how dangerous getting exclusives from celebrities in certain cases can be, especially when driving. You want to have exclusives and would do anything to get them. Luckily this time it wasn’t paparazzi to blame but another person, Jeanne Werber, that slammed into paparazzo’s car which in turn slammed into Ellen’s car.
The accident occurred last Friday around 4 p.m. on Sunset Blvd. in L.A. when paparazzi from the X17 were following the 2006 Porsche Carrera in which DeGeneres and girlfriend Portia de Rossi were riding. DeGeneres and the paparazzi (in a Buick behind her) were both stopped at a light, when a chain collision occurred.
