Lindsay Lohan celebrated her much expected 21st. birthday on the beach. Yes, on the beach. Not even close to Las Vegas. But that’s not all, not only the whole, let’s call it, celebration was overseen by a team of Promises folks, but the strongest booze present was lemonade and soda! Makes me wonder, were there any clowns to entertain those party people?
