Wilson is flaunting her weight loss progress in a tight wrap dress when she attended a charity event for The School of St Jude.

Hollywood’s biggest stars are praising the 40-year-old comedian for her sensational new look. Australian actress Ruby Rose commented, ‘If I could like this picture numerous times I would… MY GOD WOMAN!’ Rebel has lost an estimated 18kg since January staying true to her viral post about 2020 being “The Year of Health.” The actress said ‘And [I’m] trying to avoid the sugar and junk food, which is going to be hard after the holidays I’ve just had but I’m going to do it!’ Back in May, she revealed that her goal weight was 75kg. Rumor has it that Wilson is following the Mayr Method diet plan that eliminates food intolerances, encourages eating whole foods slowly, reduces sugar, boosts the immune system, and reduces inflammation. In addition to this diet, Wilson has been working hard at the gym with her personal trainer, Jono Castano, who had this to say, ‘Sweet baby Jesus! You look amazing,’ following her recent social media post. Castano works with Rebel on high-intensity interval training, mobility, weights, resistance, technique, and tempo. Rebel is allowed one day a week for resting. He says, ’Rebel and I are just focusing on enjoying training and getting the body moving,’ he explained.
